As we head into holidays and gear up for a new year, I find my head swirling with needs and wants and nonsense. To help be more present and relaxed, I downloaded an free app earlier this week and just did the first lesson. And I think it's kind of awesome.
It is all about parenting and mindfulness. The sessions are short (5-8 mins each) and manageable. They are calming, but not weird or "crunchy." Anyone want to commit to a week of trying it out with me? Once we make it through a week, we can go for two. After all, it is about being where you are and growing to where we want to be.
